Hi Kelly & Alpha;
Just wanted to tell you of the things I miss.
I miss the exploits of Noodnick.
I Miss Hootie hoos on Groundhog day.
I miss the jealousy of your dogs. (are you up there getting a belly rub?)
I miss the debates on the water wars between the states.
I miss the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag by local school children.
I miss Alpha threatening his relocated daughter if she ever became a Mets fan.
But most of all I miss a part of my extended family because that is the way you came through the airways. I have never heard such compassion expressed for certain situations, and fear that if your team is not returned to the Atlanta area I never will again.
I have throughout my lifetime (70 years) never heard a team of broadcasters with your talent and unique ability to connect with an audience. You both have my prayers and thanks, plus hopefully, a speedy return to the airways.
Thank you for remembering us for we certainly have not forgotten you.

We really miss you. We stopped listening to WSB when you left.
We went with you to Spring Training one year and throughly enjoyed the experience. My husband was the one that looks like the guy in ZZ-top. (He DID look like DUSTY!) <smile>
